By downloading or using Duwaktu ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Duwaktu for your own private journaling. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
All journal entries and writing you create in the App belong to you. We have no access to your content. You are responsible for keeping backups of your entries using the app's export feature if desired.
Duwaktu offers optional in-app purchases ("Duwaktu Premium") processed through Google Play. All purchases are final and subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features at any time.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific purpose. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Janu Prasetya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
We may discontinue the App or cease updates at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
